Collected data is used exclusively for internal operations, including:
Synchronizing order information with internal customer and operations systems
Managing fulfillment processes and generating shipping documentation
We do not use this data for advertising, analytics, resale, or external communications.

All data is stored in encrypted databases within secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Our safeguards include:
AES-256 encryption for data at rest
TLS 1.2+ encryption for data in transit

5. Employee Access Controls
Employees are individually identified and granted access based on job role. Access to personal or sensitive information is logged and reviewed. Use of personal devices or unauthorized storage (e.g., USBs) is prohibited.
6. Data Retention & Disposal
We retain data only for as long as needed to support internal operations. When no longer required, data is securely deleted in accordance with our internal retention and disposal policies.
7. Incident Response
We maintain an internal incident response plan to detect, contain, and remediate any unauthorized access, breaches, or leaks. All incidents are logged and reviewed to improve security protocols.
